About Persides > Capabilities > Overview

Persides has a comprehensive selection of capabilities in defining, developing, delivering and supporting complex electronic and software systems in the demanding procurement framework of faster-cheaper-better.  These capabilities are applied in support of our customers to enable them to deliver their programmes, and also in support of our own technology product developments.

Our extensive experience spans the whole project lifecycle, covering development of concepts, capturing and refining requirements, designing and developing hardware & software items, system integration, test and trials and post-delivery support.

For UK MoD projects we have experienced first-hand the Through-Life Capability Management principles defined in the Acquisition Operating Framework and the associated Acquisition Management System.  Our capabilities are primarily focussed on the Equipment and Logistics Defence Lines of Development (DLoD) but also contribute to the definition of the requirements for the remaining six.  In relation to the CADMID lifecycle, Persides has experience and skills in the phases of: Concept, Assessment, Demonstration, Manufacture and In-service.
